Agency to promote DMO to local, regional and national audiences
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 15, 2024) – SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK), a full-service strategic branding agency, welcomes Visit York County (VYC) as a new client. The destination marketing organization (DMO) headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina will work with SPARK on digital advertising, social media advertising and public relations services to promote the county’s key attractions and special events in the local, regional and national markets. Work is currently underway.

VYC has retained SPARK to assist in public relations, social media advertising and digital advertising to support the York County brand overall and promote key attractions, events and activities within the county. The public relations program will include developing a strategic annual plan and calendar of ongoing pitches, building a custom media database and creating a media kit. The social media and digital advertising programs will involve developing an annual media strategy and budget as well as monthly campaign set-up, ongoing optimizations and analysis.
