Our team makes magic.

We’re looking for unicorns – specialists who have a passion for their area of expertise and who don’t have an ego. We want the best marketing muscle on our team. We seek people who are really into the biz of marketing. Who aren’t afraid to go out on a limb; would rather work with a team than in a silo; believe honest, hard work earns rewards (not entitlements); and who don’t think occasionally watering the plants is beneath them.
Simply put, we love what we do and who we do it with. We have a strict “no meanies” policy—we know that even if a client has a large budget, it’s not worth it if you can’t enjoy the ride. We offer big agency service but have small agency appeal. Our best feature is our people. Hands down, that’s what we hear when we ask employees what is their favorite thing about working at SPARK. From bi-monthly team buildings to quarterly lunch ‘n learns, we enjoy being together and working together to grow our clients’ businesses and each other.
Current job openings are listed below, but we’re always on the hunt for creative go-getters. Think you’re it? Tell us why at jobs@sparksi.com.
