SPARK Adds a New Business Developer to its Growing Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (November 28, 2023) – Megan Buskirk Smith joins SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK), a Charlotte-based strategic branding agency, as new business developer.

Before joining SPARK, Smith worked in business development for Boxman Studios, a Charlotte-based company that provides temporary and permanent modular spaces. During her more than 10 years with Boxman, she identified and pursued new business opportunities aligned with strategic client targets, resulting in over $35 million in sales. Smith also developed and maintained strong client relations, achieving a 70/30 mix of existing clients to new business.

Additionally, she will engage with new client prospects on a local, regional, and national scale.
