Rashell O’Neal joins the SPARK team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (November 10, 2021) — SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK), a full-service strategic branding agency, welcomes Rashell O’Neal as an account executive to its team of talented professionals.

An agency professional with over five years of experience, O’Neal has worked at several advertising agencies in the Greenville, S.C. area including Redhype Advertising, EP + Co, RingoFire and Cargo. Her clients have included Lenovo, Flybar—the Original Pogo Stick Company, Tempur-Pedic and Havertys Furniture. She also previously served as president of the Greenville chapter of American Advertising Federation (AAF). A graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C., O’Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication.

As an account executive, O’Neal will support the agency’s account services department, working on multiple accounts and projects and serving as the day-to-day contact for both clients and vendors. O’Neal will collaborate all internal and external teams to execute and deliver impactful projects.
