Website redesign follows RGA Enterprise’s brand platform development
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (April 20, 2021) – SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK) has partnered with RGA Enterprises, Inc. (RGA), a privately-held, national, contract manufacturer of liquid cleaning and disinfectant products based in Charlotte, N.C. RGA hired SPARK, a full-service, strategic branding agency, to lead an extensive brand strategy development process, resulting in an updated brand identity and a newly designed website launched in late March.
SPARK began the brand strategy process with RGA in July 2020. The agency’s team conducted extensive research, including internal interviews with staff, analysis of current and past marketing materials, external interviews with clients and a brand analysis. SPARK worked with RGA’s leadership team to assess the research and develop a new mission and tagline for the company and set short-term and long-term goals. The findings from the strategic brand study also informed the redesign of the website, which now aligns with RGA’s brand identity and messaging.
