(December 12, 2019) – SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK) partnered with New Branch Real Estate Advisors (New Branch), a local commercial real estate firm, earlier this year to define their company identity and determine their position in the competitive Charlotte market. New Branch hired SPARK, a local strategic branding agency, to refresh their brand voice, develop marketing strategies to fuel company growth and create a new website.
SPARK began working with New Branch in February 2019, starting with extensive internal and external competitor research as well as an in-depth brand analysis. After collecting data for several months, SPARK led New Branch leaders through a two-day collaborative session to discuss findings, refresh the company’s core values and mission statement, and develop a positioning strategy that emphasizes the factors that make the company unique.

With a solid brand framework in place, SPARK began building a new website in collaboration with Michelle Jones Creative, a web designer and developer. SPARK spearheaded the project, conceptualizing a new website that is easy to navigate, aesthetically reinforces New Branch’s refreshed brand standards and effectively communicates their service offerings. To prompt visitors to learn more about the company, SPARK drafted compelling copy that showcases the New Branch team, their property portfolio and solutions they can offer their clients. The brand-new website launched December 7, 2019.
