Social Media Specialist, Alyssa Townsend, joins the team
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 21, 2019) – SPARK Strategic Ideas (SPARK), a full-service strategic branding agency, welcomes Alyssa Townsend as a social media specialist to their growing Charlotte team.
Before joining SPARK, Townsend worked as the director of social media for Innisfree Hotels in Gulf Breeze, FL. Townsend led the social media strategy for more than 30 clients and the management of over 100 different social media profiles, all while supervising a team of community engagement specialists. One of Townsend’s greatest accomplishments at Innisfree Hotels was facilitating a 13.4 percent increase in total followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for her clients.

As a social media specialist, Townsend will work across multiple social platforms to develop and implement compelling social media campaigns for various clients, while tracking and monitoring the success of the initiatives. Daily duties include executing ad campaigns, providing audience target methods, writing creative content and engaging with fans and followers. In addition to staying up on industry and social trends, Townsend also will be responsible for establishing a social media strategy and brand voice for new clients.
