When high-end custom home developer Arcadia Homes came to SPARK asking for a brochure to tell the story of their new development, The Meadows at Weddington, we dove into a deep discussion on how the piece was going to be used, how often certain elements would be updated and what were the key pieces of information they wanted prospective homebuyers to know.
